The largest food innovation trade show in North America brings together all of the major players in the industry while introducing the latest in food trends. Moisson Montréal would like to thank its partner, SIAL Canada, for once again arranging for the organization to receive a very generous donation at the closing of the show. As a reminder, Moisson Montréal received a check for $10,000 following SIAL 2018 while the 2020 edition did not take place due to the pandemic.

For the 2022 trade show, SIAL Canada will donate $5 to Moisson Montréal for each ticket purchased.
