Loblaw’ national campaign Extra Helping Food Drive, that aim to fight against hunger, will be held for an 8th edition this year!
From March 31st to April 13th, 2017, ProvigoMD, MaxiMD, Maxi & CieMD & LoblawsMD stores all over Quebec encourage customers to show their support towards local food banks by giving food or cash donations to their participating neighborhood store. Donations and food collected will be donated to Food banks of Quebec and redistributed among the organization’s members, including Moisson Montréal.
The requested non-perishable foods are: pasta, rice, oil, meat and fish, canned soups and stews, dry and canned fruits and canned vegetables, flour, hot or cold cereals, whole grain cereals, peanut butter, aseptic milk powder or canned fruit juices, pasta sauces, beans, infant formula and baby food.
At your next visit to one of the participating stores, we invite you to drop off foodstuff in the big blue boxes. Buy a little extra, help feed a local family!
